Affiliate Partnership Program

We believe that Vermont hospitality, specialty food businesses and others that partner with local farms are economic drivers and are vital to thriving communities. The work that we do at the Vermont Fresh Network would not be possible without a broad community of partners. We need your support to continue our work into 2025. Annual Sponsorships from businesses like yours make our work and so much more possible!

Since 1996, VFN has built integrity and vibrancy into our local food system in support of Vermont’s working landscape and the rural economy by developing relationships among businesses in the food and farm sector and consumers. Consumers who support local food trust the VFN logo as a mark of commitment to sourcing Vermont grown & raised food. Visitors and travelers rely on the VFN-managed DigInVT project for the most comprehensive information about local food experiences - from farm visits to food festivals. Partner Members meet our local purchasing criteria and participate in marketing, networking, and professional development opportunities.

Our membership is active and growing - 200+  partner member businesses (restaurants, markets, farmers, specialty food producers, distributors, and institutions), supporting members, DigInVT participating businesses, and the many non-member businesses from related sectors that participate in our events and educational opportunities over the course of a typical year.

Our Affiliate Partners support the nonprofit mission of VFN and also do business with network members. Examples have included distributors, restaurants suppliers, legal service providers, and tourism focused businesses. Affiliate Partners secure a full year as a featured sponsor at our major events, in new and renewing member communications, and in marketing throughout the year.
