October 30, 2019 If you’ve never been to a workshop or event at Dedalus Wine Shop, Market, & Wine Bar, we highly recommend it. Their staff is very knowledgeable, they carry a wide range of wines (including VT wines), they serve delicious food, and they make learning incredibly fun.
Vermont’s Local Banquet: Call for Writers and Articles
October 28, 2019 Local Banquet began in 2007 as a quarterly print publication dedicated to "providing a meeting place for our farmers, producers and food artisans, and those who enjoy eating and supporting locally grown food.

October 23, 2019 Registration is closed. This event is SOLD OUT. It's an exciting time in the local wine scene! In partnership with the Vermont Fresh Network (VFN), Hotel Vermont will host and lead a seminar on the basics of pairing food and wine in a Vermont context.
Fall Vermont Wine Dinner Series
September 23, 2019 In March 2018 we coordinated the first ever Vermont Wine Week. This year, we are planning a Fall Wine Dinner Series. As we write this, a couple events have already taken place, with more in the works for October and November. Please stay tuned and mark your calendar.
