Description

Grafton Village Cheese is an award winning, mission driven company of the non-profit Windham Foundation, with roots in historic Grafton, VT. Our main mission is to support Vermont's Rural and Agricultural communities. We support small VT family farms, using mostly high butterfat and protein milk. We produce raw milk aged cheddar; naturally smoked cheddars. We also produce cave-aged cheeses, aging rooms located at original plant in Grafton. Our cheddar plant and Grafton Retail Shop are located on the Retreat Farm in Brattleboro, VT.
