Shelburne Farms produces farmhouse cheddar cheese from the milk of our own Brown Swiss Cows: award-winning farmhouse cheddar cheese aged six-months (mild), one-year (sharp), two-years (extra sharp) and smoked. Shelburne Farms is a 1,400-acre working farm, National Historic Landmark, and nonprofit environmental education organization whose mission is to cultivate conservation by teaching and demonstrating the stewardship of natural and agricultural resources.
