Our Best Sip winning cocktail - "Business Thyme"

With Caledonia Spirits and Matt Farkas of Juniper Bar & Restaurant

 

(A variation on “The Bee’s Knees” - prohibition-era slang for the best)

2 oz Barr Hill Gin
.75 oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Honey Syrup (2:1)
Lime for garnish
Fresh Thyme (lightly crushed)

To a shaker filled with ice, add gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Add thyme garnish.

Sticky Revolver

1.5 oz Sapling Maple Bourbon
.5 oz Perc Coffee Liqueur
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.25 oz agave syrup
3 drops Urban Moonshine Maple Bitters

To prepare, shake all ingredients with ice, double strain, and serve up with espresso dust garnish!

Goldfinch 

2 oz Snowdrop Gin
.75 oz Galliano
.75 fresh lemon juice
.25 oz agave syrup
Star Anise

To prepare, shake all ingredients with ice, double strain, and serve up with star anise to garnish!
