Kitchen Table Bistro's 12th Annual Heirloom Apple Dinner

6:00 Reception // 6:30 Dinner
Featuring Apples from Windfall Orchard of Cornwall, Vermont
$100 per person, includes food, wine, tax and gratuity call 802-434-8686 for reservations

We'll start the evening off with Treats from the Kitchen and the Bar

First Course - Apple salad with arugula and Brussels sprouts, Cabot clothbound cheddar, hazelnuts, apple butter

Second Course - House made apple-ricotta ravioli, braised lamb shoulder, roasted apple

Third Course - Slow roasted rack of pork, kale, fall squash risotto, turnips, cider pan jus, apple relish 

Fourth Course - Grandmother's apple cake, honeyed apple sorbet, roasted apples
