Description
Sobremesa is a family-run fermented foods company based at Wool Folk Homestead on 8 acres in northern Vermont.
We specialize in creating delicious fermented foods such as kimchi, sauerkraut and seasonal products from Vermont grown produce. We source produce primarily from the following certified organic farms: Full Moon Farm and Pete's Greens. We make and sell kombucha and jun (fermented tea), featuring a hyper local & seasonal flavor weekly, at the Burlington Farmers' Market throughout the summer season as well.
Our mission is to nourish the body, mind and soul throughout the seasons. We hope that after youâre done eating, youâll choose to sit with your loved ones for just a little bit longer, for a âsobremesaâ and to savor the conversations and connections that happen after a satisfying meal.
