In addition to the traditionals like McIntosh, Empire, Cortland, Gala, and Red Delicious, they also grow heirlooms and lesser known varieties like Northern Spy, Keepsake, Spitzenburg, Russet, Vermont Gold, Rhode Island Greening, Newtown Pippin, Jonathan, Winesap, and many others.
