Description
A husband and wife team opened up an old farmhouse in rural VT after years of Fine dining experience in Manhattan and Europe. The Genovarts are hyper focused on using local ingredients, most everything is made in house down to their butter. In the Summer months a lot is grown onsite for the restaurant. Warm elegant service and a true dedication to the craft.
