Family-owned and operated, O Bread has been making European-style breads with organic ingredients from their hearth oven bakery on the grounds of Shelburne Farms since 1977. All of their breads are made by long fermentation, allowing the alchemy of fermentation to work its wonders of tastes, aromas, and textures. Today, with the help of the next generation and a small team of skilled bakers, O Bread continues with the mission to create high quality breads with the finest ingredients.
