Bakers' Harvest Conference, Supper and Festival

King Arthur Flour is hosting the 3rd Annual Bakers' Harvest Conference, Supper and Festival from September 10 through 12 at their bakery in Norwich, VT. Here are all the details!

 

Conference:

Thursday, September 10 and Friday, September 11

The Conference features hands-on classes, seminars, local bakery tours and much more! Presenters include James MacGuire, Gesine Bullock-Prado and Andy King to name a few.

Tasting supper fundraiser:

Friday September 11, 5:30pm–7:30pm

 Purchase tickets ($65 donation).

Savor specialties from the Upper Valley's most popular restaurants, enjoy a glass of wine or local brew, celebrate fresh foods, and combat hunger in Vermont. Participating restaurants and farms include: Killdeer Farm, Crossroad Farm, Carpenter and Main, Ariana’s, Middlebrook, Elixir, Simon Pearce, Morano Gelato, Norwich Inn, Norwich Wine and Spirits, Harpoon, Vermont Farmstead, and Vermont Creamery.

All proceeds for the tasting supper will benefit Hunger Free Vermont.

 

Bakers’ Harvest Festival:

Join us at the 3rd Annual Bakers’ Harvest Festival at King Arthur Flour’s Bakery, Store, and School on September 12th, from 10am–4pm. King Arthur Flour is kicking off the baking season with hands-on baking education, interactive activities for kids and adults, live entertainment and vendor sampling/selling of delicious local eats.  The festival has something for everyone—you won’t want to miss this exciting event in the picturesque town of Norwich, Vermont.
